Eastout Children’s Camp
Contents: hiking, sight-seeing; climbing mountains, snow games&other outdoor activities; English party(humor, jokes and stories, songs, interpretation exercises and other performances)
Date: Wednesday, 3rd February
Transportation: Train 6227, Xiangfang train station meet at 6:30 am, train leaves at 6:50 am
Harbin train station: meet at 6:00 am, train leaves at 6:36 am

Details:
7:52 train stops at 亚沟,brief rest at 大众顺发酒楼, arrange for the trip
8:40 trip starts. Hike past reservoir, militia camp, quarry to the foot of the mountain
10:40 trip through the woods&mountain
11:00 arrive at stone carvings on a cliff, play snow games, outdoor activities, visit places of interest, take photos
11:40 head back to the restaurant
12:30 arrive at the restaurant
12:40 lunch, including local specialties
13:30 rest for 30 minutes
14:00 English party
16:30 free talk
17:30 board the returning train
English will be used throughout this camp. Members should ask their team leader for any questions. Please reply to this post to sign up or call 13904515583. For each child, 1 adult is required to ensure safety.
Expenses:
Trainee 60 RMB(transportation, insurance, lunch & tuition)
Adult 30 RMB
Personal equipment: sports clothing, medical kit, sitting cushion, gloves, staff for mountain climbing, plastic bags, water at least 1 liter
General equipment: Intercom, GPS, camp flag
Intercom frequency: main frequency 428.00 Mhz, backup frequency 468.110 Mhz
Note:
1. During outdoor activities, certain risks may occur.
2. All members should listen to the organizers, unconditional obedience is required. Organizers are not responsible for any results otherwise.
3. No littering, no destroying the environment, no killing wild animals during the trip; environment-friendly actions are encouraged.
4. Members are required to respect local customs and religions
5. Before signing in, proper medical consultation is advised. People with unfit physical conditions are not allowed to sign in, organizers are not responsible for any such results.
6. Members who have to abort during the camp will still pay the same price as a full trip

8. Children of the camp must be accompanied by adults
9. This trip is a non-profit self-service outdoor trip. Outdoor activities pose certain risk and uncertainty. Members take full responsibility on their actions.
