今天休息，是难得的非公休日的休息，在不损人而利几的前提下串休了一天。     这几天哈市的空气质量特别糟烂，别说户外运动了，就是走在谋生的路上也呛的人喘不过气来。憋了好多天没有滑冰了，今天空气稍微好了一点就出门做运动量相对小点儿活动——滑雪。     独自走在雪野里，先拍了一些路上的小景装点心情。 <IMG onmouseover="attachimg(this, 'mouseover')" alt="旋转 DSCN1583.JPG" src="http://bbs.lotour.com/attachments/month_0901/20090108_bf54e1b1a1ad18ab3a5dSyLgOkg1VSNh.jpg" onload="attachimg(this, 'load')">

残缺而不自控的回忆    每周滑冰四次，基本坚持做到了。    周六、日白天抢时间滑，周二 ~~ 周四晚间再找时间和政委滑两次，再加之每天清晨在谋生的路上徒步+摄影40~50分钟大约7公里，这“运动”量按理说是不小了，感觉也挺累的，可还是惦记着“规律性的生活”，一旦上了冰就十几圈，三九严寒的天却非要汗流浃背的下来，这感觉不是累，而是非常的惬意。有时还要刻意的舒展姿势，做个酸溜溜的动作给已经沧桑的已不自信的自己一丁点儿自信，滑累了，停停脚，直直腰，看看别人的乐趣，欣赏别人的潇洒。    今天时间比较紧张，只有中午11：30~12：30的一个小时时间可以滑冰，中午不吃饭直接去了。饿着肚子自然是滑不多一会儿的，“戳”在冰上看着眼前的小孩和比我还大的老顽童，不自觉的陷入了回忆中，又忆起了曾经的苦涩抉择，最终没有“东南飞”除了性情的原因，更重要的原因就是缘于东北的冰雪情节，缘于只有在冰雪的季节里才有的无尽的乐趣，缘于眼前这在寒冷中气候中呈现出的火热的生活景象，缘于这如性格一样分明的四季气候。    是何人说的人老了回忆多，自然再加一句：人老了回忆也是残缺的，更是不自控的。

人活的方式，求的东西真的有说不尽的差异，于我而言，工作算做生活中的一部分，善待工作，其实是善待自己的心
 
情，否则因工作产生的低落情绪会带入非工作的生活中而影响自己，影响家庭，影响朋友……
      因此，以一个积极的态度去工作，把谋生路上的苦当作郊游，当作户外“徒步”又如何呢？
