<P><STRONG><FONT size=4>自然，淳朴，世外桃园……</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG><FONT size=4>不知道怎么形容。</FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT size=4>进雨崩有两条路，一条是大家经常走的，翻越垭口的路，另一条就是沿着澜沧江走峡谷，经尼农进雨崩。尼农是艰苦一条，距离长，路况差，危险性大。不过当我们几个人凑到一起的时候，不走寻常路就定了下来。我们一行有3个中国人和4个老外，都是在飞来寺客栈临时拼起来的。不得不佩服外国人的精神，要知道，那天走尼农的仅仅我们7个人而已。</FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT size=4>一路艰苦，经过两次迷路之后，十个小时才到达雨崩。具体的游记等我慢慢写。先让朋友们看看照片吧。</FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT size=4>西当村的玛尼堆。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG><FONT size=4>藏族称之为曼扎（意为曼陀罗）或石供。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG><FONT size=4>玛尼堆分为两种，一种是由大小不等的石头垒集起来的、具有灵气的石堆，藏语为“多本”；</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG><FONT size=4>还有一种是在石块或卵石上刻有文字、图像，以藏传佛教的色彩和内容为其最大特征，然后堆积起来成为一道长长的墙垣，这种玛尼墙藏语称“绵当”。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG><FONT size=4>每逢吉日良辰，人们一边煨桑，一边往玛尼堆上添加石子，并神圣地用额头碰它，口中默诵祈祷词，然后把它丢向石堆。天长日久，一座座玛尼堆拔地而起，并且愈垒愈高。</FONT></STRONG></P>
